  1. Scope of Returns and Exchanges
    Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return.
  2. Return and Exchange Timeframe
    Returns and exchanges can be requested within 30 days of receipt of goods.
    Orders older than 30 days are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
    For international orders, due to longer shipping times, return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
  3. Return and Exchange Process
    3.1 Submitting a Request

    Name and quantity of the item(s) to be returned or exchanged
    Reason for return or exchange
    Photos of the item(s) (if damaged or incorrect)
    3.2 Obtaining Return Authorization
    After confirmation by customer service, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address will be provided.
    Please return the goods within 7 business days of receiving the return authorization. 3.3 Return Shipping
    Domestic Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
    International Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must provide tracking information.
    We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
    3.4 Refund or Exchange Processing
    We will process refunds or send out exchanges within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer alternative options or a refund.
  4. Refund Information
    The refund amount will be the actual amount paid for the goods, excluding original shipping costs (unless the return is due to a product defect).
    Refund processing time varies depending on the payment method, usually taking 3-7 business days.
    International refunds may take longer.

    Returned or exchanged items must be complete, including packaging, accessories, and gifts.
